Our mission is to provide pastors and Christian leaders with training and resources to equip disciples who will become true ambassadors for Christ that will boldly minister in the local church, the marketplace, and the mission field to help fulfill the Great Commission.
After pastors and leaders have completed the MTC Teacher Intensive training, they may then use the MTC resources and curriculum to begin their own Ministry Training Institute (MTI) in their local churches.
What is provided
Hands-on Christian ministry training is provided that enables believers in Jesus Christ to do the works that Jesus did, including the miracles. The training is practical, theologically sound, and designed for pastors and church leaders worldwide to re-teach and train their disciples. The institute training is designed to produce quality small group leaders that know how to lead people to Christ and into relationship with the Holy Spirit. Since 1981, this ministry has worked with local churches by assisting pastors, teachers, and leaders to equip their disciples for supernatural ministry.
Holy Spirit Empowered Small Groups
MTC also conducts workshops that train small group leaders and pastors how to introduce the person and work of the Holy Spirit into the life of the church through small groups. These workshops focus on the mechanics and recommended leadership strategies that allow the Holy Spirit freedom to manifest, embrace, and edify all the members of the small group. The book used for the workshop is Holy Spirit Empowered Small Groups authored by John and Sonja Decker from Bend, Oregon.
MTC is a ministry of Christ's Ambassadors International (CAI), headquartered in Bend, Oregon, USA.
