The Following is the Application of Enrollment for the 2012-2013 class year.
The Ministry Training Class consists of three levels (trimesters) of training.
To enroll in this class, complete this application and submit it prior to September 1, 2012, along with payment for the first level of training.
The course is set up into three levels, or trimesters.

MONDAY NIGHT MINISTRY TRAINING CLASS
The Ambassadors Series is practical theology taught in lesson form. Also, practicum time is set aside during each class for learning six Ministry Skills. The text used for this part of the class is the Doing What Jesus Did book by John and Sonja Decker. Each student is encouraged to master these hands-on ministry skills. The classroom interaction and instruction are intended to provide the experience and confidence necessary to cooperate with the Holy Spirit as He accomplishes fruitful ministry. The Ambassadors Series and the Ministry Skills are offered in three progressive levels:
LEVEL ONE: Discipleship One – Foundations is a twelve-week course that meets on Monday evenings beginning on September 10, 2012 and concluding on November 26, 2012. The classes are held at Westside Church, Bend, Oregon from 6:20 p.m. – 9:20 p.m.
Tuition for Discipleship One is $40 per person or $65 per married couple attending together. Tuition includes the twelve weeks of instruction and one comprehensive MINISTRY TRAINING MANUAL per person. A copy of Doing What Jesus Did is required reading for an additional $15.00.
LEVEL TWO: Discipleship Two – Toward Maturity is a ten-week course that will begin on December 3, 2012 and conclude on February 18, 2013 with a two-week break for the Christmas holiday.
Tuition for Discipleship Two is $40 per person or $65 per married couple. Tuition includes the ten weeks of instruction and one comprehensive MINISTRY TRAINING MANUAL per person.
LEVEL THREE: Discipleship Three – Leadership is a twelve-week course that will begin on February 25, 2013 and conclude on May 13, 2013.
Tuition for Discipleship Two is $40 per person or $65 per married couple. Tuition includes the ten weeks of instruction and one comprehensive MINISTRY TRAINING MANUAL per person.
