Monteria, Colombia Pastors Prepare for Action |
Monteria, Colombia - Boy, was it hot! 110 degrees in the afternoons in this beautiful city in Northwest Colombia. Pastor Gabriel Coavas has pastored the church here for fifteen years. During that time he started thirty churches in this region. He and his leaders plan to launch an MTI to train the emerging pastors for the next generation. We conducted our DWJD Workshop for 120 leaders. Forty came forward to confirm the baptism of the Holy Spirit the first day of the workshop. When John taught on Learning How to Heal the Sick, eight people came forward to testify that God had miraculously healed them. The lady (below) had a severe burn on her arm. When she removed the bandage, all that was left was a little red spot. Praise God! Those who came forward to receive the power of the Holy Spirit immediately began praying for others with a fresh faith for miracles. |

You Shall Lay Hands on the Sick and They Shall Recover |

Monteria - It is a amazing to us how so few Christians have discovered that they can heal the sick in the Name of Jesus Christ. This is very obvious to us, especially in the United States. Jesus promised it. The Bible says we can do it. It is happening all around us in our workshops. In our practicum sessions on “Learning How to Heal the Sick,” people are being healed! They get so excited they want to testify—now! They come to the front of the main session and declare how God just healed them—in a practice session! We are filled with inexpressible joy when this happens. Jesus healed the sick, and it caused enormous crowds to come and hear what He had to say. This kind of thing happened in Monteria, and it continues to happen in every workshop we conduct. Could this be the answer for the lethargic churches in America? |

Santa Marta Pastors Receive the Power of the Holy Spirit |
Santa Marta, Colombia - When Sonja ministers the Holy Spirit baptism, she makes sure everyone has a satisfactory experience. Thirty-eight leaders came forward to make sure the Holy Spirit had full access to their lives and ministries. We were blessed to be able to train 260 leaders and pastors from the Santa Marta region. Our emphasis is to drive home the reality that every believer should be fully empowered to carry out the Great Commission in his or her personal life. Jesus authorized every believer to do what He did and sent the Empowered One to lead the way. Our DWJD Workshop shows believers how to do what Jesus did, including the miracles. This is being done mostly by those who are baptized in the Holy Spirit. It is time to quit wondering what God’s will is, when millions are waiting for someone to tell them about Jesus. |

On to Guatemala |
In our November Ambassador newsletter we will report the highlights of our August ministry trip to Guatemala City. We experienced spiritual warfare in the final days of a very successful breakthrough for future ministry training in this country. The board of national leaders was delighted with our DWJD ministry training. They have decided to begin Ministry Training Institutes (MTIs) in a number of churches in Guatemala. This has been our prayer for years. |
