Ordering and Shipping Information
Our online store uses the latest safety features and is fully encrypted for your protection. Your information will always remain private. We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone for any reason.
USA ORDERS (all States and US territories)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping Charges:
As you place items in the shopping cart, the cart will automatically calculate the freight charges based on three things:
- the zip code you entered when you first placed an item in the cart
- the shipper you chose (we offer different options)
- the weight of the items you chose
Make sure the first two items are correct before you check out. They can be changed at any time.
Sales Tax:
Washington state residents only will pay 8.4% sales tax on the grand total of the order, including shipping.
Your credit card will be charged the day your order is received.
A copy of your online order will be included in the shipment.
Order Confirmation:
When you place your order online you will receive an email confirmation detailing your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within 15 minutes of placing your order your email address was probably entered incorrectly. Please email us immediately and we will follow up.
Please check the email for errors. If you need to make any changes, please email us immediately.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon PST Monday through Thursday will ship within 48 hours.
- Orders placed on Friday normally ship the following Monday.
- Please allow for holidays.
Tracking Your Order:
If your order does not arrive in a reasonable time please contact our office. If the shipping option you chose provides a tracking number we will begin the tracking process.
Damage and Insurance:
All orders are in perfect condition when they leave our facility. Any damage must be reported to the carrier you chose.
If you wish to insure your package, please email us immediately and we will insure your package for the value of the contents and add this to the invoice. Insured packages must be signed for. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
After you place your order, you will receive an email stating the actual shipping charges for your approval. You must approve these shipping charges before we will ship your order. If you do not reply within seven (7) days, your order will be canceled.
Orders shipped outside the United States and its territories are usually shipped Air Mail via the United States Postal Service. Most shipments take 4-7 days to arrive at Customs. Once it has cleared Customs it will be delivered via your local Postal Service.
Your credit card will be charged the day your order ships.
A printed copy of the transaction will be included with your order. It will not display your credit card information.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed in a foreign country must be shipped to the person placing the order - no exceptions.
We will not send your international package as a “gift.” It will go as “merchandise,” and the full value of the shipment will be declared. No exceptions.
We cannot be responsible if your package is delayed or denied at Customs. You are responsible to know the import laws of the country you are shipping to. If your package is denied and returned to us, we will refund your money (less original shipping charges) and we will charge your credit card for the return postage.
