The Founders of Ministry Training Centers
 John and Sonja Decker are teachers and missionary-evangelists ordained by the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. They serve the worldwide body of Christ.
The Deckers founded Christ's Ambassadors International in 1981 while serving from their large home church, Eastside Foursquare Church, near Seattle, Washington. Since that time they have expanded their ministry by serving as teachers, pastors, and evangelists in churches in the United States, Canada, Asia, Europe, and Africa. In 1996, they launched the Ministry Training Centers to help pastors, teachers and Christian leaders train disciples to become effective ministers in the local church, the marketplace, and the mission field. MTC training is rapidly expanding in the USA and around the globe.
