Doing What Jesus Did
Doing What Jesus Did is a book showing Christians how they can minister in the power and revelation of the Holy Spirit. It is used in all the “hands-on” practicum sessions conducted in the MTI classes. It is used in the DWJD Workshops and Teacher Intensives as part of the practical training that enables leaders to launch effective Ministry Training Institutes.
Doing What Jesus Did is required reading for the Ambassador Series courses: Discipleship One, Two, and Three.
Doing What Jesus Did contains 337 pages of practical, step-by-step examples and illustrations to help ordinary Christians learn how to minister to others in the power and revelation of the Holy Spirit. This book sets forth a biblical approach for doing what Jesus did.
Each chapter gives instructions regarding ministry skills that every Christian can learn. The chapters are progressive and correspond to the six ministry skills offered in the Ambassador Series. The chapters are:
1) Leading People to Christ 2) Leading Christians into the Holy Spirit Baptism 3) Learning How to Heal the Sick 4) Hearing from God 5) Healing the Sick by Revelation 6) Dealing with Demons
Doing What Jesus Did is the key to a successful Ministry Training Institute. This book should be required reading for everyone enrolled in a MTI.
