From Joppa to Capernaum to Caesarea Philippi

Israel—Pastors Robert and Dee Dee Flores, West Salem Foursquare Church produced a complete five-star tour of Israel! Working with Texas based Morning Star Tours, Robert and Dee Dee hosted twenty-six of us on a private bus taking us places other tours sidestep. Starting from Joppa (Tel Aviv) we walked the ruins of Caesarea where Cornelius was converted and received the Holy Spirit baptism. Then we went to the top of Mt. Carmel where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal. We could see the entire Valley of Jezreel where the last battle of Armageddon will take place. From there we walked the ancient city of Megiddo, visited Nazareth, and on to the Sea of Galilee, staying in beautiful Tiberias in a five-star hotel. After our cruise on the Sea of Galilee we viewed the 2,000 year old fishing boat, the ruins of Peter’s home, and the Capernaum Synagogue where Jesus preached. This is where the Lord spoke to John (Decker), giving fresh direction and confirmation of his call to preach the Gospel without compromise. Then we visited the ancient cities of Korazin, Bethsaida, Hazor, Dan, and the lush and spectacular region of Caesarea Philippi. Then we rafted and swam in the river Jordon. ♥
