Newberg, OR— On March 9, Pastors Dave and Tammy Benson of Family Life Church, Assembly of God, Newberg, Oregon welcomed us to teach on the Holy Spirit. Steve and Kathy Anderson prepared a special evening called “Elevate” that focused on the power and presence of the Holy Spirit in worship and the release of spiritual gifts.
The Lord graciously responded by baptizing a number of the congregation in the Holy Spirit. Seven children got baptized in the Holy Spirit and about ten adults experienced a full release of spiritual languages.
John prayed for a long line of people to be healed of various pains and sicknesses. The majority testified that the Lord had taken away their pain and illnesses. The pastors remarked that it seemed everyone who attended was edified, not because of our persuasive words of human wisdom, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of power. 1 Cor. 2:2 ♥
