Christiansburg, VA—Pastor Jack Hayford presided as the keynote speaker at the 2008 Foursquare National Institute Symposium at the CrossPointe Conference Center, Christiansburg, Virginia. Pastor Jack confirmed the importance of including a “hands on” training element in our Foursquare Institutes. He mentioned our training as an example.
Foursquare Missions International spokesperson Johnell Loop announced earlier that our Ambassador Series and our book Doing What Jesus Did will be part of the core curriculum to train all Foursquare missionaries. This was decided in a strategic meeting of the national leaders representing Foursquare International globally. We are thrilled that FMI has endorsed and recommends our training. The challenge ahead of us is finding the money to translate our materials, first into Spanish, French, and Russian and then other languages as well. Please pray with us!
