Lake Sammamish 4SQ Doing the Stuff

Bellevue, Washington—Pastors Curt and Julie Brunk pastors of Lake Sammamish Foursquare Church hosted John and Sonja to conduct a DWJD Workshop One, September 22-24, 2006. Carl and Karen Berner, from the Bend, Oregon MTI leadership assisted us during the two-day workshop. Forty-seven leaders came to learn how to “do the stuff.” They all role-played how to do the stuff of leading someone to Christ, the stuff of leading Christians into the Holy Spirit baptism, and all the healing the sick stuff. Wow!
Upon the completion of the two Sunday services, all this excitement resulted in six people receiving Christ as savior, thirteen believers were baptized into the power of the Holy Spirit, and a whole lot of people testified of being healed of pain, sickness, and disease, both in the workshop and during the Sunday services. Doing What Jesus Did has brought a change of thinking to the “ministers” of Lake Sammamish Foursquare. They have been refreshed, empowered, and emboldened to do the works of Jesus. Pastors Curt and Julie Brunk are making arrangements to host DWJD Workshop Two very soon.

This Holy Spirit empowered small group is
learning how to lead someone to Christ.

There is a new power upon these thirteen ministers who received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Learning how to lead a fellow believer into the Holy Spirit baptism can get very exciting.

Learning how to heal the sick requires praying over someone who is sick or in pain.

We prayed for the sick for over an hour after the Sunday services. Many testified of being healed.

Pastors Curt and Julie Brunk are already
planning to host a DWJD Workshop Two.
