Thirty Excited MTIs Starting this Fall

Bend, Oregon— Over thirty churches across the nation have launched their own Ministry Training Institutes this fall using our Ambassador Series curriculum and practicum sessions. This equates to over six hundred excited disciples who are truly being equipped to reproduce themselves in preparation for marketplace ministry. The Bend, Oregon Ministry Training Institute was capped at sixty student ministers this year to ensure an ideal mentoring ratio. We have discovered that we can only effectively mentor our students based on a one-to-five ratio—one well-trained, Spirit-filled leader to every five disciples. We accomplish this by appointing two leaders and an apprentice to oversee and train a practicum group of ten student ministers. The thirty-six week institute encompasses studying seventy-two jam-packed lessons and learning six personal, hands-on ministry skills that include ministering to others in the power and supernatural revelation of the Holy Spirit. Our book, Doing What Jesus Did is the practicum guide that ties everything together. We are entering our twelfth year of providing this kind of ministry training that pays dividends in the personal lives of Christians for years to come. ♥

The first night of an MTI is crowded with signing up, paying tuition, and receiving training manuals

Spirit-filled worship greets the student ministers from the very first night of an MTI.

The main teaching sessions are taught by those with personal experience of the subject matter.

Early on, the students are given opportunity to receive the full power of the Holy Spirit baptism.

The practicum break-out groups are filled with excitement as the six ministry skills are leaned.

Learning how to lead people to Christ requires practicing our marketplace testimony.
