MTI Leadership Training

Bend, OR—Late August—To prepare for a successful Ministry Training Institute in the fall, teachers and small group practicum leaders should be trained and ready to go. At the Bend, Oregon MTI this is done a few weeks prior to the start of the nine-month MTI. Leaders and apprentices are fully equipped to mentor the incoming student ministers in the six ministry skills and to lead the way for prophetic prayer. Excitement builds as they watch the enrollment increase in the final days prior to the start of MTI. Ten student ministers are assigned to each practicum group.

Bend Teacher
Intensive

Bend, OR—September 25-26—We started the first of many Bend, Oregon Teacher Intensives.  Pastors from Texas and Nevada and two missionaries from Mexico attended the initial training event. Many pastors and leaders are finding it difficult to attend a Regional Teacher Intensive. We have solved the problem by hosting five intensives a year at our flagship MTI training location here in beautiful Bend, Oregon. After attending an intensive, a pastor and his or her leaders are equipped to launch an exciting MTI at their home church.Y(See page 4)

MTI small group leaders are trained in the six
ministry skills and leading prophetic prayer.

Personal attention is given to pastors and
teachers at the Bend, Oregon Teacher Intensives.

Leaders practice the ministry skills in preparation for leading their own practicum group.

The ministry skills are learned and practiced so they can be reproduced at home church MTIs.

The highlight of all MTI training is receiving
prophetic prayer from those hearing from God.

Healing through prophetic prayer is demonstrated for reproduction in local church MTIs.
