Retreat to the Inn of the Seventh Mountain

Redmond, Oregon — Pastor Ginny McPherson of the City Center Church, Redmond, hosted a division-wide women’s retreat March 11-13 at the Inn of the Seventh Mountain near Bend, Oregon. Sonja shared her personal testimony and messages on giftedness in the Body of Christ and “Sisterhood.” She stressed the importance of loving and committed relationships among women and told about her best girlfriend Janie Gibson. They have been friends for over fifty-two years!
At a spur-of-the-moment announcement that she would do teaching on the Holy Spirit baptism, forty of the women showed up, and fifteen of them released their spiritual languages. Sonja’s friend Peggy Spedick attended the retreat and helped minister to the women. Sonja told Ginny McPherson that it was one of the best retreats she had attended.
