Alaska Workshop 2 Explodes with Miracles
Wasilla, Alaska— Seldom have we seen such hunger for learning how to minister in the power and revelation of the Holy Spirit than at the Crossroads Community Church at Wasilla, Alaska. Pastors Phil Markwardt and Dennis Hotchkiss were overwhelmed when the planned seventy-five registrants exploded into over one-hundred and eighty hungry Christians showing up for the three-day DWJD Workshop 2, February 17-20. Dr. Carl Berner and his wife Karen from Bellingham, Washington graciously assisted us with the fifteen practicum breakout group.
After teaching on how to lead Christians into the Holy Spirit baptism, over sixty responded to be released into this empowering experience. The sessions on Hearing from God and Healing the Sick by Revelation resulted in some very powerful practicum sessions where many were healed of various kinds of pains and sicknesses. The final evening on Dealing with Demons resulted in the Wasilla Christians actually discerning specific spirits that were plaguing people and then cast them out. We also spoke in the two Sunday services where fifteen people gave their lives to Jesus Christ. Wow, God! Y
